New General - Remodel

We did a complete remodel to this former Colonial Pharmacy space off Park Ave in Winter Park, FL. We transformed this 1300 SQFT with all new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, walls, kitchen, custom cabinets and store front.

Dommerich Hills - Remodel

We did a complete remodel to this home from ground up. The home was re-roofer, all new plumbing, electrical, HVAC and a gas tankless was installed. We designed a new kitchen layout and choose all the elements in the house and flooring, appliance to paint colors.

Dommerich Estate - Addition
Maitland, FL 32751
Manged the remodel of closing in a garage and attaching a new oversized garge with a large covered walkway. The owner also wanted to create a new elevation to the front of the house. We helped with designing a new covered front porch and complementing the garage roof. We accomplished this by using the metal roof on the new front porch and tied it into the exist tile roof.

Keewin Office Bldg - Remodel / Tenant Rep

Hired to design and manage the construction process throughout this office remodel. We were there from the start helping with selections of interior finishes to the CO of the building.
